Decide if the event is worth it
Ask the organiser how many visitors came last year and who they were. A business expo with 2,000 shop owners is worth more than a festival with 20,000 shoppers if you sell to businesses. Add stall fee, travel, food and printing, and estimate how many sales you need to cover it.
Set up to show, not to explain
A large 'Tap your phone here' sign, a review stand on the table, demo cards in hand. People walk past posters but stop for something they can try.
Take orders, not just numbers
Have a QR to your order or enquiry page on the table, and a simple form for name, phone and what they want. Offer a show-only price valid for 7 days to turn interest into orders.
Checklist
Demo kit (cards, stands, keychain). Phone with power bank. Printed price list. UPI QR. Order or enquiry QR. Visiting cards. Water and snacks. Extension cord. Tablecloth.
After the event
Message every contact within 48 hours with a photo and the offer. Most event sales come in the week after.
