Returns and replacements

Damaged or not working

If your product arrives damaged or does not open the right page, tell us within 7 days of delivery at hello@inditap.in with your order number and a photo. We will fix the link or send a free replacement.

Personalised products

Products printed with your name, logo or design are made for you, so we cannot take them back if you change your mind. We share a design proof before printing so you can check everything first.

Wrong link or details

If a product opens the wrong page, we update it free of charge. Most changes need no return at all.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver or replace your order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellations

You can cancel before printing starts for a full refund. Write to us with your order number.
