What students should look for
Flexible hours, no upfront payment, and something that builds a skill for your CV. Avoid any 'job' that asks you to pay a registration fee or recruit others to earn.
Good options
Tuition, content writing, social media help for small businesses, event volunteering with pay, campus ambassador roles, and referral programmes where you recommend a product you have used.
NFC cards on campus
Students are often the first to see a tap-to-share card and want one for placements, fests and clubs. College fests, clubs and student startups order cards and badges in bulk. As an Inditap referral partner you share your link and earn 15% on orders; a club order of 30 cards counts as one order.
Skills you build
Talking to strangers, handling 'no', following up, and keeping simple accounts. These help in interviews more than most students expect.
Keep studies first
Set a weekly limit of hours, and avoid anything that needs you to hold stock or collect cash for others.
Questions people ask
Can a student under 18 join?
Partners must be 18 or older, because commission is paid to a bank or UPI account in the partner's own name.
Do I need a GST number?
Not to be a referral partner. Resellers who invoice businesses should check GST rules with a CA.
Do I need to pay to join the Inditap partner programme?
No. Applying, the course and your partner link are free. Resellers only pay for the cards they order at trade price, when they have a customer or want a demo card.
How and when are partners paid?
Commission is added to your partner ledger when an order is paid and not cancelled. Payouts go to your UPI or bank account once a month after the return window closes.
