Followers are not customers

Many small businesses have followers but few orders because the path from post to payment is unclear. Fix the path before chasing more followers.

One link that does everything

Your bio should have one link that opens your contact, WhatsApp, catalogue, location, UPI and reviews. A link-in-bio page like Inditap's does this, and you can update it without changing the link.

Make prices and ordering obvious

Pin a post with prices. Use WhatsApp Business catalogue and quick replies. Every chat should end with a clear next step: 'Shall I send the payment link?'

Make it easy to come back

Ask buyers to save your number. A tap card or sticker inside the parcel that saves your contact makes repeat orders easier.

Earn from helping others

If you get good at this, other sellers will ask how. Setting up link pages and NFC cards for them can become a side service, and Inditap partners earn on those orders.

Questions people ask

Is a link-in-bio page free?

The Inditap link page is free for the first year.

Can customers pay me by UPI from the page?

Yes. Add your UPI ID and a pay button with a QR appears on your page.

Do I need to pay to join the Inditap partner programme?

No. Applying, the course and your partner link are free. Resellers only pay for the cards they order at trade price, when they have a customer or want a demo card.

How and when are partners paid?

Commission is added to your partner ledger when an order is paid and not cancelled. Payouts go to your UPI or bank account once a month after the return window closes.
