How it works
A vCard QR code contains your contact details in a standard format. When someone scans it with their phone camera, the phone offers to save the contact. Nothing is stored on our servers.
When to use it
Print it on the back of a paper visiting card, a name badge, a stall banner or a slide at the end of a talk.
Limits of a vCard QR
Details are fixed inside the code. If your number changes, everyone has the old one. An Inditap page saves your contact too and can be updated anytime; an NFC card opens it with a tap.
Questions people ask
Does a vCard QR work on iPhone?
Yes. The iPhone camera reads it and shows "Add to contacts".
How many details can I add?
Name, phone, email, company, role, website and address fit well. Too many details make the code dense and harder to scan when printed small.
