How to add it to Gmail
Click "Copy signature". In Gmail open Settings, See all settings, General, Signature, create a new one and paste. Save changes at the bottom of the page.
How to add it to Outlook
Click "Copy signature". In Outlook open Settings, Mail, Compose and reply (or File, Options, Mail, Signatures on desktop), and paste.
What makes a good signature
Name, role, company, one phone number and one link. Skip quotes, many icons and large images; they get blocked or clipped on phones. A single link to your Inditap page can hold everything else.

Paste a public image link into the logo field. Keep it small, about 80 pixels.
