Questions about the wi-fi tap card
Ask us anything at hello@inditap.in.
Is my Wi-Fi password visible on the card?
No. It is stored in the chip and QR code, not printed. Anyone with the card can join, so keep it at the counter.
Do people need an app to open it?
No. iPhone XS and newer and most Android phones open it with a tap, and any phone camera can scan the QR code.
Can I change where it opens later?
Yes, anytime and free. It opens your Inditap page, which you edit from your phone.
How long does delivery take?
We set up and test your order, dispatch within 1 to 2 working days (after design approval for custom items), and it usually arrives in 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we fix the link or send a free replacement. See our returns page for details.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, for most pincodes. Pay a small advance online to confirm, and the rest on delivery.
